Congress leader Meem Afzal on Thursday said that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) needed to introspect over the absence of women representatives in the party's National Executive.
"Now the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) does not have a single female member in its National Executive, the party needs to introspect on its actions," said Afzal.
Earlier on Wednesday, Christina Samy tendered her resignation from the party's National Executive.
Samy, who was the only woman left in the party's National Executive, had on March 4 voted against the ousting of Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan from the party.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had earlier on Monday dismissed reports of crisis within the party saying everything was 'fine'.
The AAP had earlier on Sunday released a 45-minute video of Kejriwal's speech, a day after the removal of senior leaders Prashant Bhushan, Yogendra Yadav, Anand Kumar and Ajit Jha from the national executive.

In the speech, Kejriwal says "he was betrayed" and "knifed in the back", and ends with an appeal to the council to choose between them and him.
The supporters of Yadav and Bhushan have, however, reportedly alleged that the video was clearly edited.
