Senior lawyer and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Prashant Bhushan on Tuesday made fresh charges against Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) chief M Karunanidhi, and his daughter Kanimozhi in connection with the 2G spectrum allocation case.
Bhushan revealed that there are four tapes which would be uploaded on the AAP's website, and claimed that Karunanidhi is fully aware of all dealings related to the scam.
"We have fresh charges against Kalaignar TV in the 2G scam. There are conversations between Kanimozhi, Karunanidhi's PA and Jafer Sait, an IPS officer close to the Karunanidhi family," he told media here today.
"We will upload four tapes on our website containing the conversations between Sharad Reddy (MD of Kalaignar TV) and Jafer Sait, which is in English, while most of the conversation is in Tamil. In fact, Karunanidhi was fully aware of all the cover up," he added.
