The Aam Aadmi Party on Friday rubbished rumours of a new sting operation, wherein Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is allegedly heard abusing fellow party members Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan.

"I have not heard the tape but I don't believe it is possible. Arvind Kejriwal never uses any strong language. However, unless I hear it, I will not be able to comment," AAP leader Satyendra Kumar Jain told ANI.

Earlier, reports emerged of a sting, featuring an alleged phone conversation between Kejriwal and Varanasi AAP leader Umesh Singh. In their discussion, Kejriwal reportedly used strong language against Yadav and Bhushan and threatened to quit the AAP to launch a new party.

Further details are awaited.
