Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Kiran Bedi on Tuesday said that Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) internal conflicts do not come as a surprise to her.

"It's not coming as a surprise to me, I think the question was, when and how does it happen," said Kiran Bedi.

"It appears that the things were already brewing and these differences have always been there and are now out in the open, I hope it doesn't affect the governance in Delhi," she added.

The rift within the AAP came out in the open when Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan voiced their dissent against the manner in which the party is being run by Kejriwal.

The national executive meeting scheduled for March 4 may decide the future of senior leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan.

The two leaders also reportedly offered to opt out of the Political Affairs Committee of the party.
