Continuing his poll campaign in Bengaluru, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said that his party will soon announce its nominee to contest from Varanasi to take on Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi.

Meanwhile, Kejriwal did not give any clear indication as to whether he could possibly be pitted against Modi from Varanasi.

"As of now we have not decided upon who will contest against Narendra Modi from Varanasi, let's see what happens. We will let you know once we reach a decision in this matter," Kejriwal said.

On Saturday, the BJP finalized constituencies for senior party leaders including its prime ministerial candidate (Narendra Modi). The party has fielded Modi from Varanasi, which was earlier represented by senior leader Murli Manohar Joshi.
