Chaos ensued at the press conference held by Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chairperson Barkha Shukla Singh here on Tuesday as an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) worker disrupted the meeting.
The AAP worker claimed that she was a member of DCW and that AAP leader Kumar Vishwas is an 'honest and clean man'.
"I am a member of AAP and also a member of DCW. Kumar Vishwas is an honest and clean man and the woman also did not allege anything against him. I honour my chairman (Shukla), but I will stand for the truth," she said.
Shukla further said that the woman was sent by AAP to disrupt the press conference and was not invited by DCW.
"She (AAP member who walked out) was not called here by us. She was sent here to disrupt our press conference," Shukla added.

Shukla assured that she would send the complainant's letter to Delhi Police for further action to be taken against Vishwas.
"We will definitely send this complaint copy to Delhi Police for further action to be taken against Kumar Vishwas," Shukla said.
Shukla also said that Vishwas and his wife have been issued a summons to appear before DCW to clarify the matter.
"We have again issued summons to Kumar Vishwas and his wife and have asked them to appear before DCW tomorrow. We have called them so that the matter can be clarified," Shukla said.
The complainant has alleged that Vishwas's wife has been spreading rumours that she found him in a compromising position with the poet-turned politician Kumar Vishwas. She has also alleged that she is
being defamed on social media.
Vishwas had, however, yesterday termed the woman's allegations as baseless and put the onus on the Delhi Police which he said did not take any action on her complaint. He also accused the media of
twisting the entire story to malign the party's image.
