Nigella Lawson's cookery show 'The Taste' has been taken off the air by ABC after ratings for it dropped drastically.
The cooking contest show, which ran for two series, lost more than half its viewers, falling from a high of seven million to less than three million viewers on New Year's Day, the BBC reported.
The show also starred chefs Anthony Bourdain, Ludo Lefebvre and Marcus Samuelsson.
The other shows that ABC has taken off the air include 'Forever,' 'Resurrection' and the new sitcom 'Cristela.'
However, Lawson will return to the BBC for a new series titled 'Simply Nigella' later this year, which would be her first on the channel since 2012's 'Nigellissima.
