The man who doused Adam Levine with powdered sugar has reached a deal with the Los Angeles District Attorney to drop one of two counts of battery leveled against him for sugar bombardment.
The Maroon 5 lead singer, who was attacked by Navid Farsi in front of the 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' stage, took a quick action as the attacker was reportedly sentenced to 3 years of probation, 52 counseling sessions and 20 days of clean-up along California's highways for one count, TMZ.com reported.
On the other hand, the second battery count was dropped which was blasted by the attacker on a security guard with confectioner's powdered sugar, but the guard didn't get the full facial like the singer did.
Farsi has been ordered to stay 500 yards away from Kimmel's studio and other Hollywood events, but currently is being held on 20,000 dollar bail.
Notably, Levine isn't the only one being attacked by Farsi as before this he attacked Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock by tossing a rock at him in April.
