Adobe has reportedly apologised for the breakdown of Creative Cloud service.
According to The BBC, Creative Cloud gives users access to a collection of software for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, and Cloud services.
The company said in a blog that they will do better.
However, the company failed to offer any kind of compensation to the people affected by the 24-hour system failure.
The company added that they want to apologise for the breakdown, as they know how important the services are to users.
