Afghanistan Chief Executive H.E. Dr. Abdullah Abdullah will be visiting India from September 27-29 to focus on the multifaceted bilateral cooperation.
The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) in a statement said, "The visit of the Chief Executive of Afghanistan will provide an opportunity to review and build upon the multifaceted bilateral cooperation."
Dr. Abdullah will be inaugurating the India-Afghanistan Trade and Investment Show, along with the Finance Minister and the Minister of Civil Aviation of India on September 27.
During his visit, Abdullah will be called on by the President and the Prime Minister.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj would also call on the visiting dignitary.

The MEA has further stated that, "India and Afghanistan enjoy deep rooted civilisational links. India has been partnering with the Government and the people of Afghanistan in their efforts to build a stable, peaceful, prosperous, united and pluralistic country."
"The visit follows the recently concluded second meeting of the Strategic Partnership Council, which was co-chaired by the External Affairs Minister of India and the Foreign Minister of Afghanistan, where both sides ushered in next generation New Development Partnership," it added.
The visit of the Chief Executive of Afghanistan will provide an opportunity to review and build upon the multifaceted bilateral cooperation.
