Afghanistan's intelligence service has accused Pakistan of stoking instability in the country by backing militants who stage attacks in Afghanistan.
National Directorate for Security spokesman Hasib Sediqi claimed that plans for the recent attacks in Afghanistan were prepared in Pakistan, allegedly with the support of Inter-Services Intelligence.
According to the Dawn, Pakistan has denied such accusations in the past, and said that this latest salvo from Kabul is disturbing.
Sediqi did not offer any evidence for his claims, and also maintained that the Pakistan Army's Operation Zarb-e-Azb in North Waziristan was far from successful.
