Air Chief Marshal Birender Singh Dhanoa on Thursday inspected Halwara Air Force Station for its operational preparedness and war waging capabilities.
The Air chief is on a two-day visit to the air force base.
He was presented with a guard of honour by the air warriors at the Halwara base upon his arrival.
He also visited the upcoming projects at the air base.
Air Chief Marshal Dhanoa, while interacting with the station personnel, appreciated their selfless devotion to duty and encouraged them to continue with their efforts in taking the Indian Air Force (IAF) to greater glory.
The IAF chief also visited GHG Khalsa College, Gurusar Sudhar where he inaugurated the newly-built Sardar Bhaktawar Singh Central Library.
