Indonesian officials have said that they have found four massive objects on the Java Sea bed that belong to the AirAsia flight QZ8501.
The objects were detected by sonar equipment aboard the search ships, reported News.com.au.
The biggest object was 18 metres long and 5.4 metres wide and seemed to be a part of the plane, said chief of the National Search and Rescue Agency Henry Bambang Soelistyo.
National Search and Rescue deputy chief Tatang Zainudin said that that they hoped to get better results once the waves become lower.
Rescue teams said that some bodies were still strapped to their seats. They have recovered a total of 30 bodies in the search operations till now.
The Airbus A320 disappeared while traveling from Indonesia to Singapore with 162 people on board.
