Alec Baldwin, who kicked off his premiere news talk show 'Up Late With Alec Baldwin' on MSNBC this weekend, has maligned New York police for their stop-question-and-frisk program.

The 55-year-old actor claimed that Stop-and-frisk by New York's police is "lazy."

Baldwin's first guest on the show was Democratic Party mayoral candidate Bill de Blasio, with whom the actor discussed the problems related to the city's police, the New York Post reported.

Meanwhile, Blasio said that he really appreciates that analysis because it's a tough city and a tough city to police.
