All arrangements have reportedly been made for more than one lakh Indian Haj pilgrims in Saudi Arabia this year, to ensure safe and secure Haj pilgrimage.
Reports from Jeddah quoted representatives of the Indian Haj Mission as saying that Indian Haj Goodwill delegation is being led by Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad and India's Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Hamid Ali Rao, and would arrive in Jeddah today.
The delegation will travel to Mina on its way to Mecca for the Haj pilgrimage this year.
All Muslims have been asked to make arrangements for water, washrooms and sanitation inside the camps.
Inspection teams of the Indian Haj Mission would be stationed in all camps so that the pilgrims can report any problem to them.
