All is well: Definitely all is not well

The movie revolves around a dysfunctional Punjabi family. At the helm of the family are Mr. Bhalla (Rishi) and his wife Pammi (Supriya). They have a son Inder (Abhishek) and his childhood is plagued by domestic violence between mom and dad.

Inder leaves the house to make his career in singing and returns after ten years. Mr. Bhalla has taken loan from a local don and the Bhalla family is on the run from the don. Along the way they pick up Nimmi (Asin) and she gets caught up in the chaos.

What follows is chaos all the way. From here on, the movie is all about some nonsensical action and drama. It is just so plain and seems to be without a script. The first half of the movie is plain and simply a pain, but its end redeems it just a tad bit.

What surprises me is that actors like Abhishek and Rishi Kapoor are a part of such a movie. Their acting seems disconnected. Supriya look lost and cries in the movie. I have found it hard to put words in my review, so, writing a small one.

If you are willing to get out during the middle of the movie, then you must go and watch it. There is no direction, screenplay or dialogue worth listening to. The music too is not good.
