A local Russian beauty named Olga Kuzkova, who was chosen by CSKA Moscow to represent their team in the Miss Russia Premier League beauty contest, was stripped off her title after her racist posts surfaced.
The 21-year-old beauty, who won the "Miss Charming" title at the pageant, was alleged of supporting Nazism and was claimed to be a diehard racist, reported News.com.au.
The controversy erupted as the photos were widely shared from Vkontakte, a Russian social media platform, and among the images was one of Kuzkova dressed in a maid's outfit with a swastika armband and a message referencing Jews being incinerated.
Another snap featured a dog chewing on a statuette of what appeared to be an African-American baseball player.
Later, CSKA fans created a Facebook campaign to strip Kuzkova of her title and authorities answered the call.
Russian Premier League executive director Sergei Cheban said that they do not tolerate manifestations of fascism, nationalism and racism, adding that it was unfortunate that it happened.
He said that it should help Kuzkova deal with her outlook on life.
