A new study has revealed 94 per cent of people unwanted, intrusive thoughts.
The research conducted by Concordia University found that it's not the unwanted, intrusive thoughts that are the problem, but what people make of those thoughts.
Adam Radomsky said that the intrusive thoughts are the heart of their cognitive and behavioral interventions for helping people overcome OCD.
The study was published in the Journal of Obsessive-Compulsive and Related Disorders.
