BJP chief Amit Shah who is on a two-day visit to West Bengal visited the Dakshineswar Temple on Sunday to seek the blessings of the presiding deity.
Amit Shah is here to attend the two day state committee meeting of the party.
He will interact with party workers and boost their morale along with discussing the present situation in the wake of alleged repeated attacks on BJP workers.
It is his first visit to the state following his elevation as the party chief.
