The photograph of a couple of amorous football fans having sex on a football pitch in Denmark has reportedly gone viral on the Internet.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, a pixellated version of a photo circulating on Twitter shows a pair of unidentified Danish fans having sex on the field of football club Brondby IF, where their team had just played out a tedious 0-0 draw.
The report further said that the two fans were spotted under floodlights in the pitch's centre circle by security staff at Brondby's Copenhagen ground, following a scoreless match against rival Randers on Sunday, after which the picture was posted on Twitter.
Stating that he does not know who posted the picture, a Brondby spokesman quipped that although they were disappointed by the match and the missed opportunities, the couple's antics lifted the mood, adding that they have several eyewitnesses to the incident.
After they were spotted, the pair was told to put their clothes back on and leave the stadium, the report added.
