Amy Winehouse's father Mitch Winehouse was reminded of his daughter's death when Peaches Geldof died.
The 63-year-old singer, who had dedicated most of the songs in his new album 'But Beautiful' to his late daughter, said that Geldof's death was a "terrible incident" and he didn't know what to her father, since he had been out of touch, the Mirror reported.
While the 'Rehab' star had died aged 27 in 2011 due to alcohol poisoning from binge drinking following a period of abstinence, Geldof, 24, had died earlier this year from a heroin overdose after it was believed she had moved towards sobriety.
Mitch, who also runs Amy Winehouse Foundation, said that Geldof's death brought "everything back to him" as the situation was very similar.
