Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Monday inaugurated 12 mobile ATMs of the Andhra Pradesh State Cooperative Bank here.

These mobile ATMs have been introduced with the help of National Bank For Agriculture And Rural Development (NABARD) to increase awareness of financial literacy and digital banking technology in the rural areas.

The 12 mobile ATMs would reportedly serve in 12 districts of the state and will provide facilities of micro ATM, cash withdrawal and cash deposit.

NABARD is aimed at promoting sustainable and equitable agriculture and rural development through participative financial and non-financial interventions, innovations, technology and institutional development for securing prosperity.
