Angelina Jolie met Pope Francis with her two kids after a special screening of her upcoming movie 'Unbroken' for Vatican officials and ambassadors at the Pontifical Academy for Sciences.
The 'Unbroken' helmer met the Pope and exchanged the warm greetings when he finished his formal delegations and came in his gold brocaded Throne Room, E! Online reported.
Rev Federico Lombardi, a Vatican spokesman stressed that the meeting was brief in which the Pope paid particular attention to Jolie and the children, giving them Vatican souvenirs.
Lombardi said that the actress' forthcoming film shows positive human and spiritual values, in particular forgiveness.
