Anti-graft crusader, Anna Hazare, on Tuesday took a dig at political parties over their massive campaigning ahead of general elections.

Hazare, addressing a crowd in Bhubaneswar, said people should now exercise 'right to reject' to keep criminals at bay from running the country.

"The Jan Lokpal has come, Right to Information has come and Lokyukta would also be made. Now, we need the Right to Reject in this election. All the miscreants, corrupt people of this country are leading the democracy these days," Hazare said.

Empathising with the farmers, Hazare said India was an agriculture-based economy and no political party was talking about them.

"All parties are campaigning to garner votes, but have you ever heard anyone talking of agricultural growth and farmers? India is an agriculture based country after all, but unfortunately no party is talking about them," he added.
