"I believe in the kind of theatre where people can connect with what is happening on stage. The story has to be about audience's life. The moment I heard about 'Mera Woh Matlab Nahi Tha', without even listening to the script I agreed to do it because it's a relatable play for every age group. We started to work on the project and it took us four years to stage the play. We have performed it all over America, Singapore, Kuwait, Mumbai, Chennai, Dubai, Bangalore and Delhi, and the response has been overwhelming so far," said Kher in an exclusive conversation with ANI.
