After certain members of the BJP spoke against Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, Anupam Kher came forward to show his support for the actor.
The 60-year-old actor took to his Twitter page and wrote, "Some members of the BJP really need to control their tongue and stop talking rubbish about @iamsrk."
The 'Saaransh' star's tweet further read, "He is a national icon and We r PROUD of him."
Anupam will be next seen in the Salam Khan starrer 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo,' which is slated to release on November 12.
