Singer Ariana Grande has posted a heartfelt tribute for her late ex-boyfriend Mac Miller.

The 25-year-old singer shared a video her Instagram story in which the late rapper, dressed in a suit, is talking to Ariana's grandmother. Mac can be seen looking back and smiling at Ariana, who was filming the interaction between them.

The 'Faces' rapper passed away on September 7 due to an apparent overdose in his Studio City home at the age of 26. The news of his death left the singer "truly devastated", a source had revealed.

It was quite evident in a tribute that she made to the rapper in September. She had shared an adorable video of her and Mac, alongside the video, she wrote a heartfelt message and expressed sorrow over his death.

The post, read, "i can't believe you aren't here anymore. i really can't wrap my head around it. we talked about this. so many times. i'm so mad, i'm so sad i don't know what to do. you were my dearest friend. for so long. above anything else. i'm so sorry i couldn't fix or take your pain away. i really wanted to. the kindest, sweetest soul with demons he never deserved. i hope you're okay now. rest."

Soon after his death, a source told E! News, "Ariana hasn't given herself enough time for the grieving and healing process, and feels like her emotions are out of control."

These feelings apparently led the 'Yours Truly' singer to call off her engagement with Davidson last week. "She's been battling her feelings and knows that she needs to take time for herself right now," an insider said following her decision.

Meanwhile, the 'Saturday Night Live' star is "doing fine" after his split with Grande and depending on his family in his time of need, a source shared.
