Admitting that ceasefire violations by Pakistan have increased of late, Defence Minister Arun Jaitley on Saturday said the Border Security Force (BSF) and the Indian Army respond effectively to each such violation.
"It's a fact that of late ceasefire violations by Pakistan have increased but let everybody be assured that both our Army and BSF are fully vigilant, they effectively respond to each violation," Jaitley said.
Jaitley further said he has full faith that the security forces act in India's best interest.
"I have full faith and the country must have full faith that they are effectively protecting both our territory and our national interest," he added.
