Former cricketer Russell Arnold has predicted that Sri Lanka will be a major threat to opposing ICC Champions Trophy teams, though England and South Africa are being touted as favourites to win the tournament.
According to PakPassion.net, Arnold described Sri Lankan as a well-balanced squad with a mix of experience, youth and skill.
He claimed that Sri Lanka's initial goal is to reach the semi-finals and then aim for the finals.
Arnold said he believes that the past failure is best left behind, adding that if players follow the game and its procedures, the results may automatically turn in their favour.
