Arogya Expo will set up 20 speciality clinics across the national capital to provide free check-ups and medicines ahead of the sixth World Ayurveda Congress (WAC) here.
The clinics, to be set up on November 6-8, will demonstrate the effectiveness of traditional medicine systems, with leading practitioners in Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) providing free consultations.
"Specialty clinics have been a major hit in all the editions of the WAC, with long queues of people thronging these clinics to seek experts' advice for their well being. We are hoping for huge footfalls at the Delhi edition too," A Jayakumar of the World Ayurveda Foundation said.
"We are expecting over four lakh visitors this year," he added.
