The ten Shiv Sainiks, who were arrested for barging into the office of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) were granted bail on Monday.
A magistrate's court granted bail to all of them on a surety of Rs. 2000 each.
The police have, however, registered a case against them under Sections 141, 143, 149 of IPC and 37(1)/135 of Bombay Police Act.
The meeting, which was cancelled following the protest has been reportedly rescheduled for Tuesday in New Delhi.
IPL Chairman and senior Board functionary Rajiv Shukla said the talks have not been called off, adding that Shashank Manohar and Shahryar Khan will speak to each other this evening or tomorrow.
Manohar had invited Khan for talks on the much-awaited Indo-Pakistan series scheduled for December.
