A London restaurant used by supporters of Premier League club Arsenal was reportedly attacked by a 30-man mob of Italian football fans, who smashed windows, broke chairs and injured atleast one person.

Witnesses said that the men, described as Napoli fans, had team scarves tied round their faces and started shouting in Italian at those inside the busy restaurant, ahead of the Italian side's Champions League clash with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

According to Sky News, workers at the Piebury Corner eatery, which had around 50 customers at the time of the attack, claimed that they had to duck for cover, adding that a customer was attacked with a belt leaving 'blood all over the floor'

The report further said that the restaurant had to close due to the damage caused.
