Arsenal player Mathieu Flamini has said that he believes the club's new-found fighting spirit can help them churn up some good, surprise performances this season.
According to Metro.co.uk, the Gunners have been in irresistible form since their opening day defeat to Aston Villa, winning nine of their last ten fixtures in all competitions.
Flamini, who re-signed from AC Milan on a free transfer, has been an integral part of the winning streak since making his second debut in the north London derby victory over Tottenham, and the midfielder has hailed Arsenal's all-for-one attitude as the key to success, the report said.
He said that everyone now knew Arsenal has a lot of qualities, but this year they were going to show they even have the fighting spirit, and that everyone is helping each other, which is making the difference in a season that had good periods and also difficult periods.
Flamini added that what was important was to win game after game, work hard and stay focused and to keep going with their great spirit and then they would see, adding that maybe Arsenal would have a good surprise this season.
