Gangster-turned politician Arun Gawli, who was sentenced to life imprisonment, has received a 15-day parole to attend his son's wedding.
According to reports, the Bombay High Court has given him permission to attend the wedding which is fixed for Saturday. During his parole, Gawli will have to report to the Agripada police station for one hour every alternate day.
Gawli was found guilty in a 2008 murder case and is currently lodged at the Nagpur Central Jail.
