Arun Jaitley to leave for Bangladesh on two-day official visit on Tuesday

The Union Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs, Arun Jaitley will arrive at Bangladesh's capital Dhaka on 3rd October on an official visit to have a bilateral meeting with the Finance Minister of Bangladesh, Mr Abul Maal A Muhith.

After Inaugural Address at the Business Meeting of Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FBCCI) and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), the Minister is most likely to sign Dollar Credit Line Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank).

The Finance Minister will also throw light on the topic "Macroeconomic Initiatives of the Government of India: Financial Inclusion, Demonetization and Cashless Economy". Arun Jaitley and Bangladesh Finance Minister Abul Maal A Muhith will launch the Cashless Visa Services in Bangladesh.

 

He will return back to India on October 5th after completing his two-day official visit.
