Jitu Rai has won the gold medal in the 50-metre pistol event in the ongoing Asian Games in Incheon, South Korea.
Rai defeated Vietnam's Nguyen Hoang Phuong and China's Wang Zhiwei to bag the gold medal.
Earlier, Shweta Choudhary brought India its first medal in the 17th edition of the Asian Games by bagging the bronze medal in the 10-metre air pistol event.
