In a joint operation, the Assam Police and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) on Tuesday seized 47 gelatin sticks and 69 electric detonators from a steam boat and detained three people in this connection.
The Cachar district Sub-Divisional Police Officer (SDPO) and the CRPF personnel conducted a raid at Fulertol Ghats and seized 47 gelatin sticks and 69 electric detonators kept in an abandoned bag in the boat.
