A series of bomb blasts in two Syrian coastal cities of Jableh and Tartous left at least 100 people dead and dozens wounded on Monday, in a government-controlled area that hosts Russian forces.
Four bombs, including at least one suicide attack, exploded in Jableh, a government stronghold along the Mediterranean coast.
Syria's state news agency reported that three rockets were launched into Jableh, hitting a bus station near the entrance to the town.
At least 53 people were killed in that attack, the Syrian Observatory said.
Another three bombs, at least one of which was a suicide attack, hit the city of Tartus, about 60 kilometers south of Jableh.
Again, the terrorists targeted a crowded bus station, SANA reported.
