Ishaq Ahmed, who was allegedly impersonated by Syed Imtiyaz Qadri from Peer Bohra village in Bareilly, in the Audi hit-and-run case will today file a case against the car owner Dr. Manish Rawat at Indirapuram Police Station.

The police have not yet been able to arrest Qadri, who had submitted fake documents while surrendering.

Four people were killed when Rawat's Audi rammed an autorickshaw in Indirapuram on January 27.

After the incident, the police seized the car as the occupants had fled the spot. The car was found to be registered in the name of Rawat, a doctor with Safdarjung Hospital's neurology department in Delhi.
