B-town's villain Gulshan Grover turns hero for film 'Badman'

In an era when heroes are essaying grey shades, the 'bad' guy of Bollywood, Gulshan Grover, is all set to make a comeback with the movie titled, 'Badman,' but this time as a hero!

Talking to the media at the IIFA 2016 green carpet in Madrid, the 60-year-old actor said, "There is a film of mine coming, which is called 'Badman' and I play the hero in that film."

He revealed that the flick, which is made by Viacom 18, is directed by Shaumik Sen, who directed Madhuri dxit and Juhi Chawla- starrer Gulab gang.

Gulshan added, "This film is entertaining and heroic, but about the people being bad in the real world, in every possible way we should condemn them, we should create circumstances where there is no real life bad men in the society because those people need to be punished so that not more people are fascinated to be a bad man in the real world."

 

The 17th edition of the IIFA awards gala is celebrating 60 years of India's diplomatic relations with Spain here with close to 150 film celebrities and over 20,000 fans in attendance.

The fete will also see ravishing performances by Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Sooraj Pancholi, Daidy Shah and others.
