Yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Sunday dared Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led government that he would sit on a protest if the Centre fails to fulfil its commitment of bringing back black money stashed in safe havens abroad.
Ramdev, however, said that he has immense faith in the Prime Minister.
"I was not silent on the issue of black money in the past and I shall not remain so now. However, the citizens of this country and I have kept our faith in Modi ji and he has on many occasions stated his resolve to bring back all the black money slashed abroad.
Thus, I believe in his words; his track record suggests that he always fulfils his promises," Ramdev told the media here.
"However, if the issue is not resolved in a timely manner, then I am ready to protest. We will not back down from our demands," he added.
