Australia Twenty20 captain George Bailey has said that there is no added pressure to win the World T20 tournament in Bangladesh and continue their tournament winning streak.
Following Australia's recent Test series win over No.1 South Africa and also the team being ranked No. 1 in ODI, they have now a golden chance to make an upswing across all three formats if they win the World T20 as well
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, however, Bailey said that he does not think about the ongoing T20 World Cup as being the only mountain, which Australia has yet to climb.
Bailey said that although it is a World Cup and they would like to win it, but that is not a 'pressure thing' for the team.
The skipper noted that Australia occupying No. 6 on the ICC's T20 rankings ahead of their series win over South Africa is an unfair reflection on their current team, and said that he is not overly worried about the table, the report added.
