Sri Lanka have called in uncapped seamer Chaminda Bandara as a replacement for the injured Dushmantha Chameera for the upcoming third and final Test against England.

Chameera was ruled out of the rest of tournament after suffering from stress fracture to his lower back, thus paving way for Bandara in the squad.

The 29-year-old has appeared in 51 first-class matches, claiming a total of 141 wickets at an average of 29.85.

Meanwhile, Kusal Perera, who is being cleared from doping charges, has replaced injured seamer Dhammika Prasad in the squad and will now be available for selection for the final Test.

According to ESPNcricinfo, Lanka will also wait for the results of tests on fast bowler Shaminda Eranga's bowling action, which will take place on Monday.

Eranga was reported for a suspected bowling action during the side's nine-wicket defeat against England in the second Test in Chester-le-Street.

Lanka are currently trailing 0-2 in the three-match series against England and they will now play the match from June 9 at the Lord's.
