Barcelona president has reportedly admitted that the tales surrounding the transfer of Brazilian superstar Neymar have been 'embarrassing'.
Josep Maria Bartomeu said that Spain's authorities accusation is embarrassing because they think that they are right and that everything was done in the 'correct and best way' by Barca.
According to the BBC, Spain's authorities have accused Barca of evading 7.58 million pounds in taxes after signing the Brazilian forward from Santos in June 2013.
Bartomeu added that Barcelona acted in the proper way but if somebody thinks that there is damage to the name of the club then there is damage to be repaired.
Bartomeu also insisted that the club had done nothing wrong adding that they are not happy with the situation but they would defend their club 'very strongly'.
