Former Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chairperson Barkha Shukla Singh was on Tuesday appointed as the new president of Delhi Pradesh Mahila Congress.
Meanwhile, actress Nagma Morarji has been appointed as the General Secretary of All India Mahila Congress Committee.
In July, Barkha Shukla was replaced by Swati Maliwal as the DCW chief after Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government came to power in Delhi.
