Bayliss wants England to focus on beating Aussies in ODI series

England coach Trevor Bayliss has urged his side to stop getting emotional on all rounder Ben Stokes' dismissal and get on with winning the five-match ODI series against Australia.

Bayliss further backed Stokes' act, saying that it was quite natural that if someone throws a ball at a person, he would definitely lift his hand to defend himself, Sport24 reported.

The 52-year-old, however, said that nothing could be changed now, so his team has to move on.

Earlier, Stokes had insisted that he did not deliberately lift his left hand to block the ball from hitting the stumps during the second ODI, which eventually led to his dismissal on grounds of obstruction during the field of play.

Stokes became the seventh player to be judged out for obstructing the field in the history of international cricket.
