Bella Hadid has recently penned an emotional note about her mother Yolanda's battle with the Lyme Disease.
Taking to her Instagram page, the 19-year-old model shared a cover picture of her mom's new book, 'Believe Me' writing, "I am also SO proud of my mom @yolanda.hadid today and everyday. This book marks such an incredible day for you. I have seen you in bed, struggling for the past 5 years of our lives, thinking to myself 'why would this happen to such an angel?," E! Online reports.
She continued, "I would cry to myself knowing that there was nothing I could do to help and that there were people going against you and what you are/were going through."
Talking about her own struggle with the disease, Hadid said that she has been struggling with the Lyme and other co-infections for the past two years. She revealed that the disease has debilitated her from riding horses, going to school, and doing the work that she is so passionate about.
