The BeOne Foundation for Transformational Leadership launched a unique program for family owned business known as the Breakthrough Creators. The program, launched on the 8th of March, is designed to empower and help family businesses to innovate the future of the world and perpetuate legacies.

The core objective of the programme is to create future creators who will solve the biggest challenges facing the world today. In India, more than 70 percent of the country's GDP comes from family owned businesses. However, 87 percent of the family owned businesses fail to make it beyond the third generation.

BeOne will address this issue and also provide appropriate solutions through their unique module over a period of eight months. As part of the program, BeOne will un-condition minds, create a wholistic intelligence and facilitate business strategies to uncover breakthroughs.

Chetan Walia, CEO, BeOne said, "The purpose of BeOne is to transform the world through creating minds that CARE (Creative, Aware, Responsible and Enterprising). The mission is to enable the next generation of Indian Entrepreneurs to build 10X foundations for their businesses".

The approach is highly human centred and insanely collaborative. The methodology is centered on solving the most complex problems. BeOne works with the best of leadership experts in the world to co-create a stunning curriculum and experience. The approach of the program is creating an experience that will lead to a new construct.

The program has been specifically designed for developing the future of family businesses in India. The platform will assist the Gen-Next of family owned businesses in growing as well as expanding their organization in a globalised and highly competitive environment.

It must be noted that the family run businesses that account for the bulk of the country's GDP and employment opportunities is now facing an acute problem at the leadership level. The 3rd and 4th generation entrepreneurs who join their respective businesses post their globally acquired degrees get swamped with problems that are more socio-political than economic.

One of the primary reasons behind their failure stems from the global approach that they choose to implement in India, owing to their learning abroad. This often results in undesirable situations and consequences.

The BeOne program emphasises on creating minds that are free, creative and assume total responsibility for creating a new world.

BeOne's Breakthrough Creators Program has been created with a highly diverse team of people leading the Design Team. These are Bharat Goenka - MD, Tally Solutions; Chetan Walia - Author and advisor on Breakthrough Creations; Ricky Kej - Grammy Award Winner, Conservationist and UN Ambassador for climate change projects; Vikram Sampath - Historian and author; Rajiv Prasad - CEO, JK Tyres; Avantika Dalmia - Chairperson, Avanee Foundation. Further, the best of minds from global universities are partnering with BeOne to create the content.

The admission process, as well as the first batch, of the BeOne Breakthrough Creators Program will start in the month of July. During the course of the program, entrepreneurs will travel to different cities to get on-ground experience of India's business environment.

The program will cover various aspects such as awakening of the creationist intelligence, designing simple solutions for complex problems, solving the problems that result in the downfall of companies, accurately predicting the impact of managerial and strategic actions and much more. With the first batch in India, the company also plans to explore and expand globally with a similar kind of program with a country focus approach. BeOne is an intensive eight months of interactive experiences that help in breaking the barriers of past experience and living your breakthrough.
