Beyonce has been recently slammed by an animal rights group for clicking a picture with tiger's cub on her trip to Thailand.

Dr Jan Schmidt-Burbach, a wildlife expert from World Animal Protection, said that tiger's health and well-being should not be sacrificed for a photo opportunity, and such photos encourage the animal cruelty industry, the Daily Star reported.

Burbach further explained that many tourists unwittingly contribute to the suffering of wild animals, and their "once in a lifetime" photo means a lifetime of misery for that animal.

The animal rights organization authority mentioned that the tigers that are being used for these photos are often crammed into tiny cages or chained to the floor for long periods, and the little babies are also forcibly removed from their mothers to be fed artificially by tourists.

The 'Drunk in Love' singer was seen with husband Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy in a picture posing with a tiger cub while visiting a Thai zoo on her vacation.
