Justin Bieber never touched the woman who accused him of attempting robbery, a witness has claimed.
The woman, who is an employee at a batting cage where the incident took place, said that the singer had told the woman to stop taking photos of him, the Mirror reported.
The witness further said that the 20-year-old singer never touched the woman and never reached into her bag.
According to KTLA, Sgt. Paul McLaughlin of LAPD said officers were initially called out because Bieber had allegedly tried to take a girl's phone.
The teen icon has not been questioned as part of the investigation, which has been described as being at a "preliminary" stage.
